How to Get a Quote

What information will I need to provide?

Answer:

You will need to furnish a current census and demographics of eligible employees and 24 months of claims and renewal history, including a list of your high dollar claims. A copy of your current plan showing benefits and costs and you will need to fill out a brief questionnaire about your current benefit plan. .

Question:

How long will it take to know if the group has been accepted into the Trust?

Answer:

Once we have received complete rating and underwriting data, you should expect to know within 3 to 4 weeks.

Question:

Is my group guaranteed acceptance into the Trust?

Answer:

Each group is reviewed individually for acceptance and could be denied entrance into the Trust, if it does not meet the underwriting guidelines.

Question:

What will it cost me?

Answer:

After meeting the current insurance company’s underwriting guidelines an actuarial study or an alternative claims review will be done at the school district’s expense. The cost is determined by the number of eligible employees the district has.
