The Greenbush Health Trust benefit package offers a $15,000, $25,000 or $35,000 group life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance option. 

Participating Trust groups are required to purchase at least the $15,000 option for all insurance eligible employees. 

(Groups may buy up to a $25,000 or $35,000 policy if desired).
